Leading and scaling Bolt Food in Estonia across commercial, operational, and strategic areas, including P&L ownership, revenue and margin growth, market-share strategy, and team development across sales, account management, courier operations, and stores. Defining OKRs, aligning cross-functional teams, using data tools to track performance and identify growth levers, and collaborating with central and regional stakeholders.
