Responsibilities
Building the company's legal infrastructure from scratch, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing corporate and transactional legal work, advising on regulatory compliance, and handling employment and IP matters.
Requirements
- Law degree
- English and Estonian fluency
- Cross-jurisdictional legal experience
- Pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge
- Commercial contract negotiation
- GDPR expertise
