Finance Controls Manager

Responsibilities

Ownership of the financial control environment end to end: designing, documenting, and running control activities, reviewing policies, and embedding controls across the organisation. The role also covers coordinating accounting, controlling, reporting, and FP&A teams, overseeing outsourced finance functions, maintaining regulatory capital monitoring and stress testing, and signing off financial reports at month-end close.
