Responsibilities
Building and maintaining automated dashboards and reports for Rider Ops KPIs, writing and documenting SQL queries, and managing the team's reporting stack. Leading planning cycles, including annual plans, re-forecasts, and the three-year strategic plan, with responsibility for modelling, data inputs, and output decks.
