Leading and coaching a KYC operations team focused on deactivations, overseeing investigations of complex cases, ensuring compliance, and building processes and quality assurance frameworks.
Requirements
- 2+ years operations experience
- 1-2 years team leadership
- KYC/AML regulatory knowledge
- Excellent English skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- ICA or CAMS certification
- Analytics tools (Looker, Superset)
