Responsibilities
Driving operational excellence across the People function, leading adoption of AI-powered tools, and building goal-setting, KPI, and reporting frameworks that connect People priorities with measurable business outcomes. Evaluating technology investments, managing vendor relationships, overseeing headcount planning and budgets with Finance, and coordinating high-priority People initiatives from scoping through delivery and impact measurement.
