Responsibilities
Leading technical pre-sales activities such as opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFP responses, design documentation, and technical presentations, while guiding customers on best-practice use of APIs and recommending solutions for their communications needs. Serving as a trusted technical advisor by discovering customer needs, proposing architectures, and mentoring less experienced Presales Engineers.
