Responsibilities
Leading the day-to-day operations of the AML Investigations Team, including task allocation, quality assurance, and training, while owning transaction monitoring and screening flows and performing final assessments of medium- and high-risk business customer activity.
Requirements
- 5+ years AML/CTF/Sanctions experience
- 2+ years team management
- Estonian AML regulatory framework
- English proficiency
