Responsibilities
Leading the LATAM carrier relations team and mentoring specialists while partnering with Sales and Product to analyze market trends and develop country-specific supply strategies. Building and managing regional carrier and supplier relationships to secure cost-effective coverage, monitoring supplier performance and route quality, navigating local telecommunications regulations, and resolving regional service issues.
