Responsibilities
Translate safety policy into operational enforcement standards by owning the suspension matrix, severity classification, and SOP library for all safety issue areas, including automation-ready process design with human review. Define quality, calibration, and appeals standards, run audits to identify inconsistent outcomes across agents and markets, and lead corrective actions.
