Responsibilities
Own end-to-end agentic resolution programs, from defining policy-based resolution logic, tool actions, guardrails, and acceptance tests to designing bounded autonomy and escalation paths. Run experiments and staged releases, track automated resolution, satisfaction, reopen, and cost metrics, and document learnings to speed future intents.
