Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end product design for subscription and loyalty programmes such as Bolt Plus, from discovery to global launch and across multiple verticals and markets. This includes defining roadmaps, conducting user research and usability testing, creating interactive prototypes, and developing design guidelines and user interfaces that improve customer engagement.
